Thank you for visiting Love2Craft Shop! We take great pride in offering unique, handmade craft items. Below you'll find all the information about our shipping policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Processing Time

Each of our handmade items is crafted with care. Please allow for a processing time of 5-7 business days before your order is shipped. During peak times or for custom orders, processing may take up to 15 business days. We appreciate your patience as we create your special items.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

From time to time we will partner with a production partner.  Shipping rates can vary.  In most cases the shipping rates are calculated based on weight and distance. As always you may enjoy free shipping with your purchase of $50.00.

Note: These delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international locations. If you have any concerns about whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
